About the Role

The Product Solution Architect (PSA) serves as the company's technical authority for solution design, scaling architectural expertise across the go-to-market motion. This role focuses on creating reusable knowledge bases, frameworks, and guidance to empower field teams to design effective solutions independently, while also acting as a technical escalation point for complex scenarios. The PSA role involves understanding platform capabilities, building solutions with the product, and providing big-picture architectural direction.

Responsibilities

Build a library of solution templates, best practices, and technical guides.
Regularly update resources to incorporate new product features and industry best practices.
Provide architectural guidance to internal and external solution architects through technical workshops, training sessions, and consultations.
Act as the go-to technical advisor for complex architectural scenarios.
Identify recurring problems from internal teams and abstract them into reusable product capabilities.
Co-design solutions with Engineering, contributing to ERDs, design documents, and architectural decisions.
Ensure abstractions flow through Engineering to Product.
Create and refine reusable architectural templates and frameworks to streamline internal solution development.
Ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

Requirements

Both English and Japanese with proficiency level.
Strong background in enterprise SaaS solution and software architecture.
Deep understanding of platform capabilities and constraints.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency in system integration, data processing, application design, and cloud-based architecture patterns.
Demonstrated experience creating reusable solution frameworks.
Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation, solution templates, and architectural best practices guides that are adopted at scale by field teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify, document, and communicate product limitations and customer needs as structured feedback that influences roadmap.
Strong consultative skills.
Comfortable advising SAs, CSEs, and SEs on complex technical architecture decisions and fostering their autonomy.
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
Able to explain architectural trade-offs clearly to both field practitioners and executive stakeholders.
