About the Role
Join the Branch Network Team as an Office Clerk / Service Employee with Automotive Knowledge (m/f/d) and be responsible for conducting car purchases, vehicle appraisals, and branch operations within our WKDA Purchasing Department. You will contribute to an outstanding sales experience in our branches.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers, supporting and advising them from creation to review of all contract details.
- Handle administrative tasks as well as work with and on the vehicle itself.
- Conduct visual appraisals, vehicle de-registrations, and prepare vehicles for our B2B and B2C business.
- Inspect vehicle condition and create an electronic condition report using our proprietary app; we purchase almost every vehicle.
Requirements
- Career changers with commercial experience are welcome.
- Possess a Class B driver's license.
- Demonstrate service orientation to create a positive buying experience and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility in working hours and openness as well as strong communication skills towards others.
- A 'Can-Do' attitude and enthusiasm for an automotive environment.

Skills
- Automotive knowledge, e.g., through professional experience as a car mechatronics technician, car painter, and/or car sales assistant, or initial knowledge in vehicle appraisal is a plus.
