Responsibilities

  • Approve installation data sheets for medical devices that do not require shipment approval.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department, including information gathering and data entry using various tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mail, SVMAX, BOX, Sharepoint, eCockPit, SupportCentral).
  • Manage and update regulated documents and procedures (Word/Excel), including new releases and revisions, and notify relevant parties.
  • Serve as the point of contact and data manager for non-conformities as the Calibration Equipment Admin.
  • Support ISO repair business audits by preparing explanatory materials and minutes, and assisting with internal audits.
  • Provide CAPA support, including TrackWiseDigital entry and progress management for NC responses.
  • Notify, manage, and update internal information (Word/Excel), and distribute emails to inform stakeholders.
  • Provide support for inquiries, including communication in simple English/Japanese and translation using Copilot.
  • Translate documents from English to Japanese and use dedicated web tools for translation, with Copilot available for assistance.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in simple English and Japanese.
  • Experience with data entry and management using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
  • Familiarity with document management and update processes.
  • Willingness to travel to the Hino headquarters periodically.
