About the Role
We are seeking motivated research associates (m/f/d) in the field of IP, IT, AI & Commercial to strengthen our Berlin office. In the Technology Transactions practice group, we advise technology leaders in sectors such as software, cloud, digital media, e/m-commerce, robotics, and life sciences comprehensively on IP/IT and contractual legal issues related to the development and commercialization of innovative products and business models. Our work is highly international, allowing you to intensively train and demonstrate your English language skills and cultural competence.
Responsibilities
- Our research associates and legal trainees are integrated directly into client and team work from day one.
- Take on responsibility early on and interact directly with partners and clients.
- Intensively train and demonstrate your English language skills and cultural competence in a highly international work environment.
Requirements
- Completed first state examination or possibly second state examination with above-average success.
- Ideally, have already gained initial professional experience in the field of IP, IT, AI & Commercial.
- Possess good English language skills.
- Demonstrate talent and creativity.
- Ability to think outside the box.
