About the Role
At Brightview Senior Living, Vibrant Living Assistants help residents live active, vibrant lives by planning and implementing engaging programming. This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
- Get to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in organizing and running resident activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
- Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (for those 21+).
- Help set up and break down events and activities.
Requirements
- Quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
- Possess talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
- Exercise creativity.
- Have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
- Hold an active Driver's license in good standing.
