About the Role
Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to drive DES partnership efforts. You will work with a central strategy team on key components of the DES strategy where partnerships play a crucial role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic, technology, value-added, and university partnerships.
- Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
- Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
- Promote and enhance the visibility and impact of Keysight partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Align partnership activities with DES strategic priorities and the goals of individual DES business units.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships.
- Provide strategic recommendations and leadership on partnership investments, priorities, and business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnership programs.
- Represent Keysight in high-level engagements with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align partnership initiatives to strategic business objectives.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in both technical and business environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
Experience Level
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, engineering, or related fields.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
- Experience operating in roles that combine technical expertise with business leadership responsibilities preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- CA Pay range $138,960 - $231,600
- Note: pay ranges will vary by region
