Orrick's Structured Finance team is seeking a hardworking associate for our New York office with 3-5 years of structured and specialty finance experience, focusing on warehouse lines, forward flow transactions, and origination funding programs to support lender and platform growth. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.
