About the Role
MGT Insurance is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape and build out the marketing function. This role involves both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, setting direction and actively participating in campaigns, content, and channels.
Responsibilities
- Define marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities aligned with MGT's growth goals.
- Execute campaigns, content, and channels alongside the team.
- Advise on and support investment in marketing infrastructure, including tools, processes, and reporting.
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadence for leadership visibility.
- Sharpen MGT's brand positioning and market presence.
- Refine and invest in a scalable demand generation engine.
- Bring structure and rigor to marketing operations and reporting.
- Explore insurance-specific go-to-market channels, such as agents/brokers.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior marketing leader with 10+ years of experience, ideally in a growing organization.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, working hands-on with the team.
