About the Role
The Senior Business Partner Group acts as the people partner to the Corporate segment, executing the Global People strategy to strengthen organizational performance, leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, and employee experience. This role enables leaders to build high-performing teams through workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership coaching, and change leadership.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a trusted advisor to ELT leaders and SLT members on people, workforce, and organizational matters.
- Influences leadership decisions using data, insights, and commercial understanding.
- Builds strong partnerships with leaders to proactively identify opportunities and address organizational challenges.
- Balances enterprise priorities with functional business needs to deliver practical people solutions.
- Develops and executes clear, measurable segment people plans aligned with the Global People Strategy.
- Partners with leaders to identify priorities that improve business, team, and leadership performance.
- Utilizes workforce intelligence to track progress and impact.
- Leads workforce planning activities to identify future workforce requirements (headcount, skills mix, capability needs) and implements plans to address gaps and opportunities.
- Designs and delivers talent management programs, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Coaches senior leaders to build high-performing, accountable, and inclusive teams.
- Supports leaders in improving employee engagement, culture, and performance outcomes using enterprise culture and engagement frameworks.
- Builds leadership capability through focused development and coaching initiatives.
- Strengthens collaboration, alignment, and accountability across leadership teams.
- Leads organizational design initiatives to improve effectiveness, scalability, and performance.
- Assesses organizational impacts, risks, and readiness for change.
- Partners with leaders to successfully implement and sustain change initiatives.
- Leads the implementation of enterprise people programs and frameworks within the segment.
- Partners with Corporate to embed talent, performance, reward, engagement, and capability initiatives.
- Ensures consistent application of people policies, frameworks, and practices.
- Identifies opportunities to improve adoption and effectiveness of enterprise programs.
- Provides expert guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound outcomes.
- Manages employee relations matters and escalates high-risk matters to the CPO.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including significant HR Business Partnering experience in a complex organization.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- Strong background in talent and performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge.
- Sound working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employee relations practice.
- Proven ability to build credible, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and to influence at a leadership level.
- Demonstrated experience in working with people data and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.
