About the Role

The Full-Stack Developer builds and maintains in-house systems including TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, and TESO Tools, while developing new systems and features according to the roadmap. This role is responsible for the stability, release quality, and technical debt of these systems as the store network scales.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and iterate on TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, and TESO Tools.
  • Build documentation, monitoring, and an on-call rotation to mitigate single-maintainer risk.
  • Develop the product tax management system, automated KPI dashboards, ticketing system, and HRIS modules.
  • Contribute to the in-house POS prototype and TESO Store pilot evaluation.
  • Drive requirement breakdown, code generation, testing, and refactoring using AI coding tools to increase delivery speed.
  • Build the team's AI development workflow, prompt library, and usage standards; evaluate and adopt new tools.
  • Adhere to coding standards, reviews, and CI/release processes, ensuring AI-generated code meets review and test gates.
  • Write tests and documentation; manage technical debt.
  • Clarify and break down requirements with management and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate adoption feedback and resolve post-launch defects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in full-stack development.
  • Experience inheriting and improving existing codebases is preferred.

Skills

  • Full SDLC mastery (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, operate).
  • TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
  • Next.js/React, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
  • REST APIs and cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Proficiency in vibe-coding workflows and AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
  • Hands-on AI-driven development experience.
  • Highly accountable.
  • Comfortable taking over legacy code.
  • Fast business comprehension.
  • Embraces AI-driven development and uses tooling to multiply output.

Salary/Compensations

  • $110,000-$140,000 per year
