About the Role
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the best customer shopping experience, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects to improve product display and meet supplier needs.
- Implement strategies and ensure correct product display to drive sales.
- Build displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools.
- Refresh display materials, signage, and brochures.
- Work in teams with on-site supervision across multiple store departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
