About the Role
As Product Manager of the IVR Platform, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and success of the foundational capabilities that power the enterprise platform. This role sits at the center of our AI roadmap — you'll shape how we test and enable the AI capabilities that each LOB IVR team will leverage. You'll partner closely with engineering and product, translating cross-LOB priorities into a strategic roadmap that relentlessly improves the platform's availability and usability, while building the common capabilities that make great customer experiences possible for every IVR team across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and success of the foundational capabilities that power the enterprise platform.
- Shape how we test and enable AI capabilities for IVR teams.
- Translate cross-LOB priorities into a strategic roadmap.
- Improve the platform's availability and usability.
- Build common capabilities for great customer experiences.
Requirements
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
