About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and patients, warmly greeting them and directing them to the appropriate associate. This role also supports the store by receiving deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers/patients in a friendly manner as they enter and leave the store.
- Serve as an interface of the store and the general public.
- Help with receiving packages or guiding delivery services to the store.
- Secure doorways to ensure the safety of customers and employees while upholding company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a doorman or greeter.
- Must possess a positive, friendly attitude for interactions with customers and patients.
- Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services, and other customer and patient inquiries.
- Possess a sense of safety awareness and ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
