About the Role

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a dependable, fast-moving Merchandise Warehouse Stock Runner to support inventory movement across the property. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role for someone who can stay organized, move quickly, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Move merchandise and supplies between the warehouse and on-site locations
  • Load and unload boxes, pallets, equipment, and deliveries
  • Replenish retail locations and respond quickly to stock requests
  • Use two-way radios professionally and follow proper radio communication procedures
  • Assist with receiving, staging, organizing, and general warehouse support
  • Maintain clean and organized stock and loading areas

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate large trucks, utility vehicles or golf carts.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment based on role needs.
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending
  • Quick on your feet with a strong sense of urgency
  • Reliable, organized, and able to adapt as priorities change
  • Comfortable driving golf carts and company vehicles
  • Strong communication skills and professional radio etiquette
  • Warehouse, inventory, retail replenishment, or event operations experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
  • Work in extreme environments and outdoor temperatures throughout the year for extended periods of time.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
