About the Role
ARN is seeking outgoing, professional, and eager individuals to join their Street Crew. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting activations and assist Promotions and Marketing teams with events, representing ARN brands in public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Represent ARN Brands on the streets and in public, including content, marketing, and commercial events and activations.
- Entertain and interact with crowds, including MCing as required, to amplify events and drive traffic.
- Set up event sites according to station standards.
- Take and post quality photos of events for social media channels, clients, and ARN.
- Provide feedback and reporting to the Brand & Promotions team after each activation.
- Provide ad-hoc office assistance to the Promotions team and Reception as needed.
- Maintain company vehicles, including refueling, interior cleaning, and reporting incidents.
Requirements
- Reliable with exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Interest and/or experience in Events, Promotions, and Marketing.
- Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, friendly, energetic, and a good brand ambassador.
- Shows initiative and is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- A problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
- Strong, positive work ethic with a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Full driver's license (Highly desirable).
