About the Role
The Information Services Officer will research, develop, and deliver information services and tools to support staff work tasks and meet evolving office needs. This role is part of a three-person team focused on delivering high-quality service and innovation in information management. Responsibilities may include managing information management projects, such as precedents, repositories, portals, and Intranet content. The role also involves developing policies/procedures and maintaining reference libraries with federated search and AI capabilities.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality information management services.
Requirements
- Experience delivering information management related projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
- Self-motivated, learns new processes and systems quickly.
- Works collaboratively and is solution-focused.
- Delivers with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak confidently at meetings and deliver training.
- Highly developed writing skills.
- Adaptive computer skills for systems like EDRMS (e.g., Content Manager), web publishing software (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), and MS Word for design styles and templates.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
