About the Role

Air Charter Service is seeking a passionate Cargo Broker to manage charters ranging from Elephant to Engines, Relief to Rally cars. This role involves building customer relationships, managing bookings, and ensuring repeat business while working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build a list of potential customers through research of databases, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press.
  • Pro-actively target customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert them into ACS customers.
  • Build relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft.
  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work towards sales targets and meet financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process.
  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
  • Receive inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7.
  • Present bespoke quotes to customers, demonstrating good commercial acumen.
  • Oversee flight departures, which may involve unsociable hours.
