About the Role
As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will guide customers through equipment installation and manage startup activities to achieve sustainable water treatment solutions. This role is ideal for someone customer-focused who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate key customer relationships by interpreting their needs and requirements through contract and specification reviews.
- Plan successful projects using detailed plans, accurate budgets, and open communication for multiple projects in parallel.
- Provide product installation support by reviewing installation documents from customers and present solutions as required, to ensure site readiness for commissioning.
- Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes and implement corrective actions as required.
- Communicate found solutions to internal stakeholders as needed, to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years Project Management experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID) preferred
- Experience working with external Contractors and Engineers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales and Operations to help resolve site specific difficulties
- Experience utilizing continuous improvement to drive change, foster efficiencies, and fuel growth
