About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our Life Science business, ensuring customers receive the highest quality service and support.

Responsibilities

Install and commission instrumentation, predominantly lab water purification systems at various client sites.
Perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly.
Diagnose and repair any issues with precision and speed.
Validate and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Provide exceptional support and training to customers.
Generate leads for new hardware, consumables, accessories, and service contracts via the current CRM tool.

Requirements

2+ years' experience in a hands-on engineering role.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environments.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
