About the Role
Join our founding team at the new Perspire Sauna Studio in Holbrook. Help guests discover infrared sauna, feel welcome, and choose a membership that fits their goals. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in great service and a clean, inviting studio.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and give studio tours.
- Explain services, listen to guests’ goals, recommend memberships, and ask for the sale.
- Follow up with prospective members by phone and text, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work toward individual sales goals while supporting teammates.
- Keep the studio guest-ready by resetting sauna suites, cleaning showers, restrooms, and common areas, and replenishing towels and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and handle day-to-day tasks independently during quieter shifts.
Requirements
- Warmth, strong listening skills, and comfort starting conversations.
- Confidence discussing prices, recommending memberships, and following up with prospective members.
- Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.
- Openness to coaching and willingness to help with every part of studio operations.
- Ability to perform essential duties, including moving throughout the studio, bending, cleaning, and lifting supplies up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Apply with résumé or brief summary of relevant experience, including weekly availability, preferred number of hours, and earliest start date.
- Indicate interest in developing into a leadership role.

Salary/Compensations
- $17/hour initially, increasing to $18/hour after successful completion of initial training plus $10–$20 commission per new membership sold, depending on membership tier and subject to our commission plan.
