About the Role

The Enterprise Integrated GTM Marketing Manager will shape and activate firmwide programs tied to priority market opportunities. This individual will translate complex organizational capabilities, services and internal structures into clear, buyer-centered narratives that address real B2B challenges and make it easier for external audiences to understand RSM's value. The role will connect brand strategy to demand generation across the full buyer journey, using integrated campaigns to build awareness and preference, create and influence pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Partners with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, growth goals, target markets and the commercial outcomes each program must support.

  • Understands B2B buyer challenges, buying-group dynamics, decision triggers and barriers, and serves as a voice of the buyer in program strategy, messaging and activation.
  • Develops integrated GTM strategies that define priority audiences, buyer issues, positioning, value propositions, outcomes, journey stages, campaign pathways and success measures.
  • Creates clear strategic briefs and decision frameworks that align cross-functional teams around a single buyer-led narrative and guide execution from brand through demand and sales enablement.
  • Works with subject-matter experts and content teams to translate technical, operational and organizational complexity into relevant thought leadership, campaign messaging and external experiences.
  • Partners with brand, creative, content, communications, digital, events, demand generation, field marketing and sales enablement teams to orchestrate campaigns across paid, earned, owned and seller-led channels.
  • Builds brand-to-demand campaign architecture that intentionally links awareness and preference activity to engagement, lead progression, qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitors performance across the full funnel and uses audience, campaign, pipeline and revenue insights to optimize investment, sequencing, messaging and activation.
  • Serves as the primary marketing point of contact for program performance, clearly communicating results, business impact, risks, dependencies and recommended next actions to senior stakeholders.
  • Establishes operating rhythms, decision rights, roles and dependencies across matrixed teams to maintain momentum, prevent fragmented execution and support repeatable program delivery.
  • Evaluates new requests and opportunities against enterprise priorities, buyer relevance, expected business impact, available resources and fit within the integrated program portfolio.
  • Participates in all appropriate marketing learning and development to build skills and capabilities
  • Participates, as appropriate, in cross-firm projects related to marketing and demand generation capability development and enhancements
  • Engages with various members of the Lines of Business, Industry and Sales teams to help educate teams related to the portfolio
