About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to define the future of authentication experiences in an AI-driven world. This role involves reinventing customer authentication tools, owning the product strategy end-to-end, and leading a dedicated technology team.
Responsibilities
- Define the destination-state architecture and experience for authentication, optimizing for fraud loss prevention, customer experience, and agent efficiency.
- Translate product strategy into shipped software by leading the tech team's execution.
- Explore and champion AI-driven capabilities to strengthen fraud detection and the authentication experience.
- Utilize data to validate product decisions and measure success post-launch.
- Build influence across Fraud Strategy, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Design, and Servicing Operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human-Centered, Business-Focused, Technology-Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of partnership with engineering.
- Experience working in fraud, risk, identity verification, authentication, or another highly regulated financial services domain.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered product capabilities and AI-assisted product delivery tools.
- Experience using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Experience partnering directly with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A bias toward white-space thinking.
