About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Product Management at Capital One, you will lead the domain responsible for ensuring that customer, account, product, and transactional data is migrated accurately, completely, and repeatedly. In this role, you will have delivery oversight of two critical streams: modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene. You will own the analytical frameworks, data mapping, and the reconciliation controls required to maintain absolute institutional and regulatory confidence in migration outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the domain responsible for ensuring data migration accuracy, completeness, and repeatability.
  • Provide delivery oversight for modern migration automation/tooling.
  • Provide delivery oversight for proactive legacy data hygiene.
  • Own analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls for migration outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
