About the Role
Lead the modernization of Capital One's core Decisioning Platform into its next generation, driving AI-powered workflows and graphite-based decision processing. This role involves building a new UI from the ground up, combining existing capabilities, and ensuring the platform remains intuitive and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2 worktowers within the Workflow Orchestrator team.
- Oversee two Product Managers, each managing a squad of 10 engineers.
- Focus on platform capabilities, and testing & observability.
- Build a new UI from the ground up.
- Combine all existing capabilities in the Decisioning Platform.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Requirements
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, with the degree expected to be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
- Alternatively, possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
