About the Role

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset, time.

Responsibilities

Courteously assist customers by answering questions.
Deliver quality customer service, receive customer payment, and facilitate traffic flow.
Arrive at work on time and in a neat and clean uniform.
Provide directions and information about city locations.
Control traffic at entrances and exits.
Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to management.
Communicate debris, water, or oil spills to management.
Learn each Special Event location and its requirements.
Count "bank" money at the beginning of the shift.
Collect cash and/or coupons and maintain cash security.
Make change and issue receipts or tickets to customers.
Verify shift transactions against money on hand and complete cashier shift report.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Availability for special shift requirements, including potential 3rd shift and weekend work.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s using American currency.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
Occasional ability to sit and climb or balance.
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions (cold, rainy, snowy, harsh, hot, and humid).
