About the Role
We are looking for licensed Service Plumbers who take pride in their craft and know that great service starts with earning a customer’s trust. At Radiant, you’ll put your experience to work solving residential plumbing problems, helping homeowners understand their options, and delivering repairs you can stand behind. With uncapped earning potential, company-provided equipment, and ongoing education, you’ll have the tools and support to build your career.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
- Clearly explain repair options, answer questions, and earn the customer’s confidence.
- Service and repair plumbing systems, including leak location, tankless and tank-type water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
- Guide and train an apprentice through hands-on experience.
- Keep accurate service records using your company-provided iPad and ServiceTitan.
Requirements
- An active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
- Residential plumbing service and repair experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present and sell recommended repairs
- The ability to guide and train an apprentice
- Comfort using an iPad and ServiceTitan
- A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last three years

- Uncapped earning potential: Earn hourly pay during training, then transition to full commission once fully trained.
