About the Role
Support the day-to-day operational needs of VMO’s DOOH & HOYTS Digital Signage network, including detecting and actioning remediable steps to ensure the network is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team committed to providing innovative advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor digital signage hardware
- Utilize remote monitoring and control tools
- Assemble digital signage solutions and prepare maintenance hardware
- Communicate with contractors, internal & external stakeholders
- Contribute technically to major projects
- Be on call as required
Requirements
- Problem solver with a positive attitude
- Comfortable resolving technical issues
- Fast thinker able to work to deadlines
- Methodical in nature
- Ability to understand and work with varying software suites
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- General technical skills
- High level of attention to detail
