About the Role
RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure chauffeurs and clients receive timely, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and monitor chauffeurs throughout their shifts
- Coordinate trip assignments and make adjustments based on operational needs
- Monitor trip status and ensure on-time performance
- Communicate with chauffeurs regarding schedules, changes, delays, and client needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to operational issues
- Maintain accurate trip and dispatch information in company systems
- Communicate with clients and internal departments when necessary
- Assist with last-minute changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and chauffeurs
- Complete other dispatch and operations duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be available to work the full Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and internal systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling time-sensitive situations
