About the Role
Conrad London St. James, a Hilton luxury brand, is renowned for its excellent service and is recognized among the top hotels globally. We are seeking individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Executive Guests to the Lounge and assist them efficiently with enquiries
- Prepare set ups for tables
- Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Execute tasks as instructed by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Comply with local licensing laws
- Be environmentally aware
Requirements
- Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
- Calm, efficient and organised
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
- Previous experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment
- Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector

- £2,500 - £3,000 annual service charge
