About the Role
The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity for current MBA students to learn Evergreen's operating model, connect with senior women leaders, and explore career paths within the company. The summit focuses on educating attendees about Evergreen's 'forever-hold' model, engaging them with leaders through workshops and roundtables, and empowering them with skills and strategies for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Learn Evergreen's operating model, from capital allocation to leader support.
- Connect with senior and C-suite women across the holding company and portfolio.
- Explore career paths at Evergreen, including the eXp program for MBA graduates.
- Participate in workshops designed for MBA students, offering actionable strategies, leadership frameworks, and career insights.
- Sharpen business judgment through guided workshops.
- Define post-MBA goals.
- Attend a one-day summit in person.
- Participate in operator roundtables and interactive workshops.
- Attend a closing reception.
Requirements
- Current MBA Student (first-year students are strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership.
- Available to attend the full day in person on Friday, January 22, 2027.
