About the Role
Green Mountain Electric Supply is seeking a Full-Time Cable Solutions Team Member (2nd Shift) for their expanding Electrical Supplies business. This role involves all aspects of wire management, including receiving, cutting, shipping, inventory, and organization, while supporting the company's growth and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of wire management, including receiving, cutting, shipping, and inventory.
- Organize the wire room and perform other duties related to product movement.
- Engage in hands-on exploration of new opportunities and collaborate with the team.
- Monitor feedback and identify improvement opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Respool wire and cable for customer orders accurately and efficiently, minimizing scrap.
- Operate wire cutting equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean and organized work stations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas, designs, and business models.
- Contribute to team efforts and results.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop plans.
- Develop knowledge through on-the-job training, technical publications, and workshops.
