About the Role
Welcome guests and prepare/serve beverages and food items with a positive attitude, ensuring a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
- Serve ready-to-eat foods such as pastries, muffins, biscotti, and bagels at breakfast and sandwiches and salads at lunch.
- Set up all necessary equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work and service areas.
- Ensure the station is set to execute guest service and satisfaction.
- Order, receive, and stock supplies or retail products.
- Operate the cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks.
- Maintain product inventory to established levels.
- Restock and rotate products accurately.
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, making them feel welcome.
- Complete necessary HACCP procedures for safe temperature control.
- Display merchandise attractively.
- Weigh, grind, and pack coffee beans for customers.
- Stock, clean, and organize coolers attractively.
- Label and display signs for all items.
- Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Requirements
- Arrive on time to all shifts.
- Wear proper uniform including non-slip shoes and name tag.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Provide outstanding hospitality.
