About the Role

Auldbrass Partners is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern for the Fall/Winter semester. This paid, in-person, part-time role offers hands-on exposure to business development within private equity and venture capital.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective GPs, fund managers, and intermediaries within target sectors (including software, healthcare) and across the venture capital, private equity, and secondaries landscape.
  • Compile research reports and analysis on target sectors and industry trends.
  • Support scheduling of virtual and in-person meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Help maintain an accurate, organized CRM portal, including contact information and documentation of client communications.
  • Assist with business development and investor relations projects on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • A significant interest in business development, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
  • Prior business development, startup, or internship experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and comfortable doing outbound research and outreach.
