About the Role

This 14-month maximum-term contract role supports the financial administration of strata schemes, focusing on levy processes, banking, and arrears management. You will provide exceptional customer service while managing financial inquiries and administrative tasks in a busy, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily banking activities and levy administration across a portfolio of strata schemes.
  • Respond to levy and account enquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
  • Assist owners with payment arrangements and hardship plans while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct monthly arrears processes, follow up overdue accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process levy generation runs, levy updates following AGMs, Section 184 Certificates, and other finance administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounts administration, or a similar process-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
