About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will transition into a qualified educator role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Ensure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
