About the Role

Oversee and manage the Posse program for up to six university partners, managing a staff of up to four trainers and one program coordinator. Coordinate all program operations for the site, including scholarship nomination networks, recruitment programs, training, and campus programs. Work closely with the Career Program, develop the program calendar, and maintain relationships with university partners. Monitor student academic performance, retention, and graduation rates, providing regular reports. Ensure trainer development and effectiveness through coaching and feedback. Support the director in maintaining university relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Posse program for up to six university partners
  • Manage a staff of up to four trainers and one program coordinator
  • Coordinate all program operations for the site
  • Develop and maintain a scholarship nominating network of high schools and community-based organizations
  • Manage the Dynamic Assessment Process, Pre-Collegiate Training and Campus Programs
  • Work closely with the Career Program
  • Develop the program calendar
  • Maintain strong relationships with university partner administrators and staff
  • Monitor student academic performance, retention and graduation rates
  • Provide regular reports about student outcomes
  • Ensure trainer development and effectiveness through coaching, modeling, and constructive feedback
  • Support the director in maintaining university relations through campus visits and regular communication
