About the Role

The Workflow Administrator ensures transaction requests are received, logged, ticketed, and distributed efficiently, meeting turnaround time requirements. This role involves collaboration with other Operations department functions, balancing volumes and priorities, and performing administrative duties within the Operations Group.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, log, and scan incoming transaction requests for virtual remote processing.
  • Prioritize processing of items with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Respond promptly to daily inquiries from internal clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of client services offered to security holders.
  • Stay up-to-date on circumstances affecting security holders, especially security transfer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep operational procedures and guidelines up-to-date and enhance them as needed.
  • Strengthen the risk framework by acting as first line of defense and implementing relevant controls.
  • Streamline process flows and develop initiatives to increase added value for clients, their shareholders, and the company.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in an office environment and/or financial industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Friendly, service-oriented individual with good communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
