About the Role

Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
- Remain attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Able to provide ongoing training records.
- Possess bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Passionate about great customer care.
- A real team player.
