About the Role
This role takes ownership of the Partner integration process from start to finish, working across a wider delivery ecosystem to accelerate both commercial impact and cultural connection. It is a core priority aligned with the firm’s strategic growth vision, requiring credible delivery and confident communication with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the Partner integration strategy.
- Govern Partner business cases.
- Hold the wider firm accountable for converting senior hires into lasting commercial value.
- Own the lateral integration strategy for service lines, aligning with firm growth priorities and recruitment plans.
- Set clear expectations, accountabilities, and success measures for integration stakeholders.
- Convert business cases into tailored integration plans, ensuring consistency, transparency, and disciplined decision-making.
- Support the activation of clear mobilization and execution plans.
- Act as a counsel and support to new partners, helping them build firm knowledge and forge connections.
- Ensure integration plans address cultural, operational, commercial, and client mobilization aspects.
- Identify and resolve integration risks, clearing blockers and prompting timely intervention.
- Hold parties accountable for their role in integration and business case delivery.
- Own and run formal review milestones at 4, 12, 26, and 52 weeks.
- Partner to embed new Partners into business-as-usual talent and lifecycle processes.
- Deliver high-quality, insight-led reporting to senior leadership.
- Spot trends at the service line level and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Feed learnings from new Partner outcomes back into future recruitment and integration strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and refining the integration approach.
- Develop integration collateral, including playbooks, templates, tools, and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a professional services environment alongside senior stakeholders.
- Driving commercial outcomes either via client engagements or in an internal role.
- Credibility and ability to influence.
