About the Role
Pennant is seeking a Data Products & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data product strategy. This role will oversee the development and governance of dashboards, self-service analytics, AI-powered reporting solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
- Manage analytics products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered analytics tools.
- Own and administer BI platforms including Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.
- Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and data visualization best practices.
- Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Oversee a team of Business Intelligence and Data Analysts.
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
- Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
