About the Role
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performance team, focusing on delivering world-class experiences with premium brands and cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide a VIP service experience from drop off to pickup
- Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly service and CSI targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service capacity (premium luxury is an asset)
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
