About the Role
This role plays a key part in all Food & Beverage Outlets, serving guests in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring all tasks are completed before a shift ends. Servers possess strong cocktail and beer knowledge and experience, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies, and procedures at all times
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- 2 years of previous serving experience preferred
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Able to stand/walk for long hours
- Must have open availability on weekends
