About the Role
As a Graduate/Junior Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our Life Science business, ensuring customers receive the highest quality service and support.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission instrumentation, predominantly lab water purification systems at various client sites.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly.
- Diagnose and repair issues with precision and speed.
- Validate and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide exceptional support and training to customers.
- Generate leads for new hardware, consumables, accessories, and service contracts via the current CRM tool.
- Travel predominantly around the West or North West London area (depending on your location).
Requirements
- Candidates must be located on territory on the West or North West side of London within the M25.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environments.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
