About the Role
As the Product Owner for the Frontier Self-Service Experience Platform, you will own the product vision and strategy for a platform that serves as Tech@BCG's browsable front door, providing access to tools, resources, services, and support. The platform is designed to scale beyond Tech@BCG for re-use by other functions. You will map colleague journeys end-to-end, correlating them to specific services and operational processes, and showcase Tech@BCG's value, thought leadership, and contributions to the firm's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for the Frontier Self-Service Experience Platform.
- Map colleague journeys and correlate them to services, workflows, and operational processes.
- Showcase Tech@BCG's value, thought leadership, and contributions to the firm's go-to-market strategy.
- Set the multi-year roadmap, translating input into a prioritized backlog.
- Define OKRs and success metrics: adoption, satisfaction, time-to-resolution, and visibility of Tech@BCG's contributions.
- Serve as the primary product authority, chairing governance forums and resolving complex product decisions.
- Design the product on a headless platform strategy for reuse across web, mobile, chat, and AI-driven channels.
- Work closely with engineering to identify firmwide versus Tech@BCG-specific capabilities.
- Establish data governance for content structuring and control for AI channels.
- Build the roadmap, business case, and stakeholder relationships to scale the platform beyond Tech@BCG.
- Lead a network of product owners and managers, coaching them on standards and prioritization.
- Ensure AI-driven or automated capabilities are secure, well-governed, and aligned with Responsible AI and data privacy principles.

- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in setting multi-year strategy and owning the roadmap for an enterprise-scale, employee-facing platform serving a large, global user base.
- Proven track record owning enterprise service delivery or self-service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, or similar) within an IT or shared-services function.
- Experience running build-versus-buy and vendor evaluations.
- Track record of scaling a platform beyond its original function for re-use by others.
- Skilled in employee journey mapping and service design.
- Skilled in translating journeys into underlying service and operational requirements.
- Experience partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CHRO) to secure investment and drive adoption of large-scale platform initiatives.
- Experience defining success metrics (adoption, satisfaction, time-to-resolution) that hold the platform accountable for genuinely improving the employee experience.
- Proficiency in headless platform strategy for multi-channel support by architecting content, services, and data for consistent delivery across web, mobile, chat, and AI-driven interfaces.
- Strong understanding of the data governance required to structure, tag, and control content and data for safe and effective surfacing through AI channels.
Skills
