About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management & Strategy (RGM), Large Store to influence key decisions and shape profitable growth across our Large Store business. This role involves leading revenue and profit guidance for daily operations, strategic planning, and long-term initiatives, collaborating with sales and cross-functional partners to develop customer strategies and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue plan for Large Store customers across Conventional Grocery, Discount Grocery, Club, and Wholesale channels to meet revenue, volume, mix, rate, and profit margin targets.
  • Champion enterprise RGM capabilities by partnering with Category Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to embed revenue management principles and tools into standard business routines.
  • Develop customer-specific RGM strategies and proposals aligned with corporate Price-Pack Architecture guardrails, balancing retailer objectives, brand priorities, portfolio opportunities, and financial commitments.
  • Optimize trade promotion and customer investment efficiency through scenario evaluation, post-event analysis, and ROI measurement, reallocating low-return spend to maximize profitable volume growth.
  • Govern incremental customer investments and new agreements by leading financial evaluations, risk assessments, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Lead pricing and elasticity modeling for annual planning and in-year decisions, assessing consumer price sensitivity, cross-elasticity, competitor positioning, internal pricing, retail conditions, COGS, and trade guideline compliance.
  • Synthesize industry, consumer, customer, company, and operational trends into actionable recommendations for pricing, promotion, product portfolio, and profitable growth decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and/or Sales within the CPG/FMCG industry.
  • Sound financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and analysis.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships as a business partner, leader, and coach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to communicate a customer-informed, consumer-first perspective to a broad range of stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Nielsen data and tools
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Familiarity with leading Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) systems is a strong asset.
