- Contribute to cross-team new business mapping and to research and preparation for key events and conferences.
- Ensure agreements across the portfolio are well managed from review through kick-off, reporting and close-out, coordinating with finance, compliance, desk, country and programme teams as needed.
- Ensure internal teams understand and meet partner funding requirements, and that reporting is accurate, timely and compelling.
- Maintain accurate partner and prospect records in Raiser's Edge NXT, SharePoint and other systems so that institutional knowledge is captured and accessible across the team.
- Represent Prosper Global in partner and prospect meetings, communications and events, and within European corporate responsibility networks, for both fundraising and profile raising.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points and other content to support colleagues and leadership in external engagement.
- Build and share knowledge of the European corporate philanthropy landscape, bringing the partner perspective into proposal and programme design.
- Support initiatives that deepen partner relationships, including trips, campaigns and profile-raising events.
- Manage Prosper Global's employee impact activity in Europe in support of global partnerships, engaging employees of European-headquartered companies worldwide as well as European-based employees of companies headquartered elsewhere, and focusing effort where employee engagement will most effectively deepen corporate partnerships and grow unrestricted income.
- Design and deliver employee engagement opportunities with corporate partners, including workplace giving, matching gifts, employee fundraising and emergency appeals.
- Manage relationships with key UK and European workplace giving platforms and partner contacts, prioritising the channels with the strongest potential return.
- Represent Prosper Global at employee engagement events, in person and virtually, as a presenter and facilitator, bringing our mission and impact to life.
- Work closely with the US-based Employee Impact team to adapt global tools, materials and best practice for European audiences, and with Fundraising Operations to track and report income.
- Actively learn about safeguarding and integrates it into their work, including safeguarding risks and mitigations related to their area of work.
