About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support candidate sourcing through various channels, assist in contacting and screening potential candidates, and learn basic sourcing techniques. This role involves aiding in implementing recruiting strategies, facilitating the interview process, engaging in recruitment events, and performing clerical duties. The assistant will also organize candidate information, support senior team members in building hiring manager relationships, and adhere to employment agreements and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Help with contacting and screening potential candidates.
- Learn and apply basic sourcing techniques and tools.
- Support senior team members in building hiring manager relationships.
- Aid in implementing recruiting strategies under supervision.
- Facilitate the interview process and candidate communication.
- Engage in recruitment events and fairs as needed.
- Perform recruitment-related clerical duties.
- Organize candidate information and documentation.
- Understand and adhere to employment agreements and contracts.
