About the Role
TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, a leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, is seeking applicants to deliver mail on a USPS-solicited CDS mail route in the Old Forge, NY area.
Responsibilities
- Sort mail in delivery sequence for 61 active boxes.
- Load mail and parcels in delivery sequence into the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver mail along an assigned 61-mile line-of-travel.
- Dismount to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
- Perform other administrative duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid New York's driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Must reside in the Old Forge, NY area.
- Must provide own vehicle that meets postal regulations.
- Vehicle must provide 120 cubic feet of usable load space.
- Must have $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) of liability insurance for the contract vehicle.
- Applicant is responsible for all vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance costs.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a criminal background history that meets USPS standards.
