This role reports to the Head of Advisor Events and collaborates with the Fora X team to ensure high standards, manage the budget, run-of-show, advisor experience, and strategic direction.

- Lead the development and evolution of the Fora X event portfolio, defining goals, structure, and success metrics aligned to advisor engagement, partner value, and brand impact
- Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless execution across complex, large-scale programs
- Oversee attendee experience across all touchpoints, including registration, communications, and on-site execution, ensuring a clear and cohesive experience at scale
- Drive planning and prioritization across the portfolio, balancing multiple complex workstreams and timelines
- Build and maintain structured workflows and processes that support efficient planning and execution across complex events
- Own event budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, revenue considerations, and post-event reconciliation, with strong financial discipline
- Track and communicate the commercial impact of events — including advisor engagement, supplier relationship development, and business outcomes — to inform future programming decisions and continuously improve event offerings
- Drive meetings and cross-functional work across a pod of stakeholders, maintaining clear action items, work-back schedules, and assignments so nothing stalls
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in executive/business-driving events, education or enablement programming, or growth-focused community programming
- Track record designing events with a clear business objective — measurable change in audience behavior/outcomes post-event, not just smooth execution

- Experience managing event budgets — forecasting, cost tracking, reconciliation
- Experience with peer learning models (cohorts, masterminds, roundtables, tiered community programming)
