About the Role
At Daniel Stark, we do more than handle cases; we change lives. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to various forms of negligence. You will learn your clients' stories, become their advocate, and guide them through the legal process with the support of a dedicated team and a culture focused on growth.
Responsibilities
- Represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence.
- Discover and develop clients' stories, protecting them from insurance companies.
- Manage caseloads efficiently and proactively, providing exemplary customer service.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable a pod of team members, developing strategies for productive relationships and alignment with company goals.
- Be proactive, assertive, and relentless in achieving goals within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- State bar certification in Texas.
- 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and planning abilities.
- Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
